The Mato Grosso School of Public Health is the executing agency of the SUS human resources policy in the state, and is integrated with the State Education System. As an official educational establishment, it is autonomous in the elaboration, planning and execution of its Pedagogical Political Project.

Its objective is to promote vocational training and qualification at the basic, technical and higher levels, through the provision of research and talent development programs, in the perspective of technical-scientific health improvement for the Unified Health System of the State of Mato Grosso ( SUS-MT).
