The Federal Observatory of Human Resources in Health (Observatorio Federal de Recursos Humanos en Salud - OFERHUS) is an area of strengthening, evaluation and monitoring of human resources policies in health. It proposes to consolidate a network of provincial observatories to contribute to the assessment and monitoring of the status and trends of local human resources as part of the process of developing health systems and services; And contribute to the decision-making processes in human resources in health in the country through the collective production of evidence, analyzed from different local perspectives and according to regional and national health needs.
